Search & Source

We locate and shortlist properties that meet the client’s specific requirements. This involves evaluating potential listings for alignment with the agreed strategy and preparing a curated list of options for client review.

Pre-Contract Due Diligence

Involves assessing potential risks that could impact a property’s value or performance, such as flood zones, bushfire risks, high crime rates, and environmental factors. This comprehensive evaluation ensures clients make informed decisions and safeguards their investment against unforeseen detractors.

Negotiation

Using expert negotiation skills, we secure the best possible price and terms for the property. Our goal is to ensure our clients achieve maximum value for their investment.

Under-Contract Due Diligence

A critical step where we conduct thorough inspections and checks, including building and pest inspections, strata reports, and legal reviews. This ensures the selected property is structurally sound and fit for investment.

Pre-Settlement Support

We assist in coordinating all pre-settlement requirements, including liaising with solicitors, financiers, and property managers. Our team ensures a seamless handover so the client is prepared for settlement day.

Post Settlement Support

Our support continues after settlement to ensure a smooth transition. This includes confirming tenant placement (if applicable), checking on property management services, and addressing any post-settlement queries or concerns.
