Do I need to know anything about investing before I join? Nope! We’ll teach you everything from the start. You don’t need any experience to join.

Where is the training and when is it? Training sessions will be scheduled in advanced and details to attendees before they registering.

How many people are in the program? Face-to-face training classes are limited to 24 people at a maximum, that way we ensure that classes are more personalised and effective.

What happens after the training day? You’ll get 6 months of support. You can join up to 3 live group calls every week to ask questions and get help.

What if I already own one or two properties? That’s fine too. We can help you improve your plan and grow your portfolio the smart way.

What if I can’t make the in-person training? Right now, it’s in-person only. But we might have online options in the future.

Do I get one-on-one help or just group calls? You’ll get both. There’s a personal strategy call and group calls, where you can ask about your own situation too.

Do you help with money and finance stuff? Yes — we can help you figure out how to use your equity, borrow the right way, and set up your money smartly.

How soon can I buy a property? Some people buy within 4–6 weeks. Others take a few months to get their finance or plan sorted. It’s up to you. Everything at your own pace.

Do I get your deal calculator and tools? Yes — we’ll give you the tools we use with our own clients to check cashflow, rent, and returns.

What kind of return or rent do people get? Most people look for 5%+ rental yield with positive or neutral cashflow. In addition, some of our clients have been able to achieve capital growth returns of up to 20% in less than 12 months. We focus on both cashflow and growth.

What if I can’t afford to invest yet? That’s okay. We're always happy to have a chat we're here to help you get ready so you can buy smart when the time is right. It’s better to learn early and avoid big mistakes later.
